RCIS - Information session for Cambridge Achievement Tests on 17.01.09 (Saturday)
In association with CIE, UK, we would like to offer the “Cambridge Achievement Tests”, for students of Grade6.
Some features of this test are:-
1.It is an international examination, conducted in 3 core subjects – English, Math and Science only.
2.Tests are based on syllabus of Grades 1-6.
3.The tests will be conducted in May.
4.The papers are assessed by accredited examiners and then sent to CIE, UK for moderation.
5.Students receive a Certificate of Achievement from UK, after assessment and moderation.
The costs of the test is Rs. 2100/-
Including
o Worksheet books and past papers
o Coaching for 2 weeks in March
o Registration, administration, assessment and moderation.
o Additional one week intensive revision and coaching in April.
An information session for the test will be conducted for parents on Saturday, 17th January,2009 at 11:30 a.m.

RCIS - Information Session for Checkpoint Examinations on 17.01.09 ( Saturday)
Dear Parents,
In association with CIE, UK, we would like to offer the Checkpoint Examinations, for students of Grade 8.
Some features of this test are:-
1.It is an international examination, conducted at the end of Grade 8, in the core subjects–English, Math and Science only.
2.Tests are based on syllabus of Grades 6, 7, and 8.
3.The exams are conducted in May.
4.The papers are sent by CIE, UK and also assessed by CIE, UK.
5.Students receive a diagnostic report after assessment.
The costs are Rs. 4500/- which include
o Examination charges
o Progression tests for Grades 6, 7, 8 and past Checkpoint papers with mark schemes.
o Additional one week intensive revision and coaching in April.
An information session for the test will be conducted for parents on Saturday, 17th January at 11:30 a.m.

The Summer holidays are a time for fun & excitement.
We would like to announce the camps and excursions for our students, April – May-2009.
Grade : 1,2 & 3-----Silent Resort-- 29th to 30th April, 09
Duration :1 Night and 2 days
Cost Rs. 1,500/-
Grade : 3, 4, 5 & 6 ----Kolhapur - 26th to 29th April, 09
Duration : 3 nights & 4 days
Cost : Rs. 5,600/-
Grade : 5 to 10 --- Kolkatta –Darjeeling-Sikkim
Subject to ticket availability --(15th April, 09 onwards)22nd April to 2nd May ---8 nights & 9 days
Cost : Rs. 18,600/-
Grade 4 to 10 ----Singapore ---(15th April, 09 onwards)
18th to 25th April, 09
Duration : 5 nights & 6 days
Cost : Rs. 55,000/-

RCIS- Pre - Primary Section Prize Distribution Ceremony on 16.01.09 (Saturday)
It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that our students of pre-primary section had enjoyed their sports week which was conducted by us from 15th – 18th December’ 08. All students had taken an active part in the event. To share this joy, we are organizing a prize distribution ceremony with mass drill presentation from each class.
We would like to invite all the parents to be present for this event in the school lobby which will be held on 16th January’ 2009.
Grade Timings
Reception (Nursery) 9.00 am -10.00 am
Preparation (Jr. kg.) 10.30 am -11.30 am
Foundation (Sr. Kg.) 12.00 noon -1.00 pm.
KINDLY NOTE:
All the students should assemble in the school at 8.30 am.
Students should come in sports uniform.
The child will carry only water bottle, napkin & tiffin in their bags.
The bus service will be available only in the mornin
