• Please ensure that you send 5 self-addressed envelopes along with the Franchisee Application Form
• On submission of your Application, your application will be evaluated for its merits, and if you are shortlisted to the next stage of the Franchisee Appointment Process, then a team appointed by Rustomjee will carry out a site-recce and an evaluation report will be submitted to the head office.
• The Head Office will review the evaluation committee's report and then invite you for a detailed interview with the Board Members to assess the organization fit with the prospective franchisee
  
• Once the fit is assessed, the Franchisee Agreement will be drawn for both parties to sign and commit to the project.
  
• You will have approximately two weeks to review the proposal, and if within two weeks you haven't accepted our proposal, then the offer will be considered withdrawn.

The Earnings potential would depend on several factors such as
i. area and location of the school,
ii. capacity of the school building
iii. the population in the vicinity of the school
iv. level of investment made by the franchisee (i.e. only land, land and finance, etc.)

We would be able to provide you with a more accurate earnings potential only after conducting a feasibility of your site.

 You can open up a Rustomjee institution in any location where you feel there is a shortage of quality schools. Preferred locations for a non-residential school are:

• Off the main-street to avoid the traffic and noise pollution
  
• Good residential locality to cater to the needs of the local population
  
• Upcoming and new residential complexes, which may not have a provision for a good school, ensuring captive demand.

To establish a good school, you would need Land and Investment Capital.
Typically, a non-residential school to accommodate 2000 students in two shifts would require a land floor plate of approximately 10,000 sq ft, and a built-up space of 40,000 sq ft.

If you have the Land, but do not have the required Investment Capital, we shall be glad to partner with you by bringing in the investment capital for the building construction.

If you have the Land, and the Investment Capital, we shall look at the partnership to provide you with our Education Management Services Contract wherein we manage the entire institution. Again, this would be a revenue/profit sharing model.

Once the school is operating on full capacity, you can expect a return on investment in the range of 15 - 20%. This would however vary with location of the school, and the demographics populace in the vicinity.

We offer the following business models:

  i. Partner's contribution is Land
  ii. Rustomjee's contribution is Investment Capital & Education Management Services
  iii. Rustomjee provides the brand "Rustomjee Cambridge International School"
  iv. Profit Sharing model, where profits are distributed in proportion to investment from each party, after taking into account all justified and measured expenses. Profit sharing percentage would depend on the ratio of the contribution from the partners to the project.
  
  
• Education Management Services Model
  i. Partner's Contribution is Land & Investment Capital
  ii. Rustomjee's contribution is Education Management Services
  iii. Rustomjee provides the brand "Rustomjee Cambridge International School"
  iv. Profit sharing model, after taking into account all justified and measured expenses. Profit sharing percentage would be larger for the partner in this model.

1. Rustomjee would provide for all the Curriculum planning across all standards from kindergarten to Grade 12.
   
2. Rustomjee would manage the day-to-day operations of the institution by recruiting a professional team of teachers, and respective heads of the different sections
   
3. Rustomjee would provide all marketing and advertising collateral
   
4. Rustomjee would provide support in promoting the institution
   
5. All architectural plans, and building construction will be designed and monitored by Rustomjeeschool
   
6. If the institution needs to raise debt, then Rustomjee would help raise the debt funds by preparing a detailed feasibility report, and making representation to leading financial institutions.
   
7. Rustomjee will appoint an Inspection Committee that will conduct periodic and regular inspections of all Partner schools
   
8. All teacher training programs, parent training programs, and student workshops would be organized for by Rustomjee

1. Since Rustomjee is very strong on the academic front, we bring to the table our academic experience and expertise. So, you do not need to have any prior experience in the education sector.
   
2. Rustomjee hopes to play a very active and involved role in the management of all partner schools to ensure that the quality and brand name of Rustomjee is not compromised upon. So, you are outsourcing all your operational responsibilities to Rustomjee
