Mr. Hanif Kanjer
Mr. Kanjer is a Certified Master Trainer from CIE UK. He established an in-house teacher training program at the Rustomjee Cambridge International School in May 2006, with 24 teachers undergoing the CIDTT certification program. Having successfully implemented the CIDTT program internally, the CIE has now recognized Rustomjee as an External Training provider under the guidance of Mr. Kanjer. He holds the title of Director at the Rustomjee International School and the Rustomjee Cambridge International School.
He has 12 years of prior corporate experience in management consulting and business development, with leading organizations such as Ernst & Young and Infosys. He conducts teacher training programs, and has advised a leading Indian business school which set up its first international campus in Dubai.

Mr. Kanjer holds an MBA degree from the prestigious London Business School, Europe's premier business school. He teaches business strategy and business communication at leading post-graduate programs.

Ms. Tanya Valecha
Ms. Valecha holds the position of Principal at the Rustomjee Cambridge International School. Ms. Valecha has had phenomenal growth at Rustomjee from the position of an assistant teacher in 1999 to taking on the position of Principal in 2006. She teaches the subjects of English, Mathematics and Economics at the IGCSE Level at the Rustomjee Cambridge International School.

Ms. Valecha is a gold medalist in Mathematics (99/100) from the University of Mumbai. She has undertaken additional certifications from the CIE in English Language, Economics, Examination Officer Training, and the Cambridge International Primary Teacher Training Program.

Her strong understanding of student learning styles makes her a valuable contributor to the RITE program. She will be involved as a mentor and guide to all students of the RITE program and will provide opportunities of internship at the Rustomjee Cambridge International School for candidates with no prior experience.
