"Originality does not consist in saying what no one has
ever said before but in saying exactly what you think yourself".
Gift of the Gab' is a rare trait among people and the Elocution
Competition provided a rostrum to exhibit it. The elimination
round on 9th August 2007 helped to pinpoint this rare trait among
Troopers, with the top two performers gaining an entry into the
Final Round.
The final round on 10th August 2007 was a strong testimony of
the confident performance of the orators. The excellent diction,
facial expressions and voice modulation used to convey the thoughts
by the orators made adjudging the winner a tough task for the
judges.
The waxing eloquence of the orators gave us an insight into the
gen next orators who will not mince words while conveying their
thoughts.

the method of dramatization was given emphasis to teach the History
lesson 'The Oath Of Swaraj'. This activity provided students the
opportunity to experience and enhance their ability of expressing
the thoughts and feelings of Shivaji Maharaj.
The students of Std IV were at their best, dramatizing this event.
It was then followed by recapitulation and questioning by teachers.
This method indeed facilitated self-learning and interest of the
students in the study of History. The activity was conducted on
17th August 07.
